Troubleshooting steps for Microsoft Edge:

Troubleshooting steps :

1. Check Windows system settings :

  • Access Windows settings by clicking on the menu button and selecting the "Settings" icon.
  • Access your privacy settings and click on "Location" in the left-hand sidebar.
  • Enable location access by toggling the "Allow applications to access your location" switch.
  • Review and manage application permissions, including Microsoft Edge and Maps.

2. If you're still having problems, check your Microsoft Edge browser settings:

  • Open the website in the Microsoft Edge browser on Windows.
  • Access Edge settings by clicking on the three horizontal dots (or "More" menu) in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar
  • Scroll down to "Cookies and site permissions" and click on it.
  • Under "Site permissions", select the website entry and click on "Reset permissions".
  • Try to access the website again and make a purchase.
  • Grant location authorization in Edge (if prompted) by clicking on the option allowing the website to access your location.

What are the prizes?

The Grand Prize amount represents 50% of the total amount raised and advertised (Grand Prize). In the event that an early bird or secondary prize is added to a raffle, details of the prize, its value and the details of the draw will be posted on the Foundation's website and printed on the participant's ticket.

How can I purchase my tickets?

Tickets for the draw can be purchased at 5050PWHL.centrebell.ca until the end of the game on April 20, 2024.

When purchasing tickets online, you must use one of the following types of cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and American Express are accepted. Other methods of mobile payment, such as Apple Pay, Google Wallet and Shop Pay, are also available.

How will I receive my tickets?

After finalizing your online transaction, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with your digital tickets attached. Make sure to enter your email address correctly with no errors when purchasing to ensure you receive your tickets.

Can I play more than once in the same raffle?

Yes, you can make more than one transaction per raffle, as long as the raffle still open - so you can play from anywhere, as often as you like!

Where can I find the winning number and what happens if I win?

The winning numbers for each prize drawn will be posted on the "Winners" tab of 5050PWHL.centrebell.ca after the draw closes.

A member of the Canadiens Children's Foundation team will contact the purchasers of the winning tickets, using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. If your ticket contains the winning number, you can also contact us by e-mail at fondation5050@canadiens.com, enclosing your ticket as proof.

How long do winners have to collect their prize?

Winners have fourteen (14) business days to claim their prize. The person with the winning number will be contacted by a Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation representative as soon as the raffle is completed.

Each winner of a raffle must provide the Montreal Canadiens Children's Foundation with all information required by provincial gaming regulations. By claiming the prize, the winner gives the Foundation the right to publish his or her name and the prize won. All prizes unclaimed after fourteen (14) business days will be returned to the recipient organizations.

What are the profits from the draw used for?

Funds raised will benefit Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation, whose mission is to encourage physical activity and the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits among disadvantaged young people aged 4 to 17.

What are my chances of winning?

Chances of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold at the time of the raffle.

How long does it take to receive my tickets?

Tickets are generally sent to your e-mail address within 5 minutes of payment. There are several reasons beyond our control, including high sales volume, that may cause a delay in receiving your tickets by email. Please ensure that you do not enter your e-mail address incorrectly at the time of purchase to ensure that you receive your tickets, and check your junk mail if you still have not received them within a few hours of your transaction. However, in the event that you still have not received your tickets by e-mail within one hour of the transaction, please send us an e-mail at fondation5050@canadiens.com.

I think I misspelled my email address when I purchased my tickets. What do I do?

If such an error occurs, please contact us at fondation5050@canadiens.com, making sure to include your full name and contact details so that we can trace your transaction.

Is the prize taxable and is the purchase of a raffle ticket tax deductible?

Raffle winnings are not taxable in Quebec. However, no official tax receipt will be issued for the purchase of raffle tickets, as required by the Canada Revenue Agency, since the ticket gives the purchaser a chance to win and is not a charitable donation.

Am I able to get a refund?

All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds issued to anyone for any reason. All tickets purchased and entered into the draw cannot be refunded, including if ticket purchaser made an error in selecting the number of tickets they wished to purchase.

Can I gift my tickets?

Tickets are non-transferrable. The prize will be awarded to the individual whose name appears as purchasing the ticket.
