ELIGIBILITY

Participation is reserved exclusively for people aged 18 and over physically located in the province of Quebec at the time of ticket purchase.

Participants who purchase their tickets at Montreal Canadiens games will receive a complimentary a printed ticket indicating thes numbers associated with the tickets purchased. Participants who purchase their tickets via the online online rewill receiveby e-mail, an stub éwith the numbers associated with the package purchased.

Thes packages of for each draw are listed online. A package of'un (1) ticket for ten dollars (10 $) is offered exclusively atsales made in person through an arena volunteer.

All individualindividual ticket numbers corresponding to the purchase are simultaneously recorded and grouped together in a single draw electronic of the winning numberusing d'a random number generators.

Cach time the Canadiens play one or more matches abroadabroadan early bird prize is offeredin additioncash grand prize draw prize draw. Tickets purchased each of these trips on the road sare eligible at early bird award, which is drawn at 4:00 p.m. on the day of the next home game. All tickets sold before this date date deadline give access to all prizes offered in thisthis draw. Early bird prize winners retain their eligibility their eligibility for the grand prize silvert.

Larticipants are required to retainas proof of purchase, the printed coupon given at the time their in-person transaction, or the electronic received by e-mail for a purchase made via the online platform. RAFFLE AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE WINNER

The date and time of the winning ticket draw for each draw will be announced on the platform online website (5050.canadiens.com) and will be printed on the participant's ticket.

The winning number ands detailsu prize drawn will be announced on the platform online online (5050.canadiens.com)in the "Winners" tab "Winners" tab, following the draw. It responsibility each participant to verify each draw if they have the winning number.

In the event that the advertised (displayed) number and the official winning number do not be official winning number, the latter shall prevail.

The holder of the ticket containing the winning number must claim his or her prize by contacting the Foundation by telephone or e-mail, transmitting his or her purchase e-mail (or presenting proof of his or her printed ticket)and by providinggovernment-issued photo ID. The winning ticket holder will have fourteen (14) business days from the time of announcement to claim the prize. Although the the Foundation may use contact information provided by the winning ticket winning ticket to contact themit remains the winner's sole responsibility to verify their ticket number and contact contact the Foundation to initiate the claim process.

In the event that the person whose ticket is selected has not claimed the prize within fourteen (14) business days, the prize money will be invested in a Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation program approved by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.

The winner will be required to complete a fbefore taking possession of the prize.

Visit amount of the prize to be won (winner's prize)of the main draw percentage prize draw will consist of 50 % of gross receipts from all tickets half-and-half sold at each event. In the event that the advertised (posted) amount and the total amount raised do not matchbe the latter shall prevail.

If a minimum prize amount for a drawing is guaranteed, the online platform website will display this amount as soon sales start.
- Select raffles will also feature one or multiple Early Bird or secondary prizes, which will be outlined on the online platform website. For raffles that include Early Bird or secondary prizes, all tickets purchased prior to the purchase deadline will be eligible to win those prizes. All eligibility conditions, the raffle and notification to the prize winner information, as well as other general conditions and publicity release details listed in this document, will apply.

Once claimed, the anyt prize will be coordinated between the winner and a member of the Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation team. The Montreal Canadiens Children's Foundation will be responsible for shipping physical prizes to the winners. However, the winner will bebe responsible for cover any taxes and other costs associated import that may be applicable upon receipt oft price.

Only the holder of the winning ticket may claim a prize.

The Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation shall have no responsibility regarding any other person who claims any interest or right to receive all or any part of the prize associated with a winning ticket.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold.

Tickets are subject to verification by the draw organizers. draw organizers. Fraudulent tickets will be automatically rejected and will not be eligible for a prize.Raffle tickets will be void if exists proof that the ticket was stolen, unissued, ineligible, altered, counterfeit, defective, printed in duplicate or PRODUCT in error. Unauthorized persons who copy, sell or alter tickets are liable to prosecution.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued to anyone for any reason. Once the draw numbers on tickets purchased are entered into the draw, those tickets are non-refundable, including in cases where the purchaser has made an error in selecting the ticket package they wish to purchase.
- No official receipt for income tax purposes will be issued for the purchase of raffle tickets as set out by Canada Revenue Agency.
- If the integrity of the raffle is compromised in any way, the Foundation will notify the Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (RACJ) and consult the RACJ on how to best move forward. The Foundation must receive RACJ approval prior to cancelling the raffle and/or modifying the raffle rules.
- By entering into the raffle, all ticket purchasers agree to: (a) be bound by these raffle rules; and (b) release the Service Provider (Canadian Bank Note), the Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation including its Board of Directors and Officers, the Montreal Canadiens Hockey Club, the Bell Centre, l’Aréna des Canadiens, Groupe CH, and any presenting sponsors, event promoter, charitable organization benefiting from the raffle program and any event promoter and any presenting partner of the 50/50 raffles, and each of their respective partners, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, together with the owners, employees, officers, directors, members, sponsors, representatives, and agents of any of the foregoing (collectively, "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, injuries, losses, damages and liabilities whatsoever arising out of the raffle.
- The Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation will administer the Raffle in good faith and in the best interests of the Foundation.
- All winners release the "Released Parties" from any responsibility for damages they may incur by accepting or using their prize.
- This raffle program is subjected to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. The decisions rendered by the organizers are final and without appeal in all aspects of the said raffle.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
- By participating in the raffle, winners thereby grant the Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation and its representatives the right to print, publish or broadcast their name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information for any purpose related to the Foundation and its activities without any form of compensation, including but not limited to, advertising and promotional purposes.
